BC Building Science was retained by Onni as the Building Envelope Consultant for 825 South Hill. Located at 825 Hill Street in Los Angeles, California, 825 South Hill is a 50-storey concrete mixed-use building constructed over two levels of below-grade and five levels of above-grade parking.
825 South Hill features an outdoor pool and hot tub, a rooftop terrace, and a fire pit as well as a dog run, electric vehicle charging, and secure bike storage. Residents can also enjoy three lounges, a private dining room with catering kitchen, a meeting room, and a screening room. Additional facilities include a gym, yoga and group fitness room, and a steam room and sauna.
