Located in Vancouver’s West End neighbourhood, Harwood Manor is a 6-storey residential condominium building built in 1985 with 22 units.  BC Building Science was commissioned to manage an extensive building envelope renovation project which fully transformed Harwood Place and brought it gleaming into the 21st century.
