This stunning, modern building offers distinctive features including unparalleled views of both land and sea, as well as a third floor 3,000 square foot multi-purpose space perfectly outfitted for parties and gatherings of all kinds.
BCBS was an integral part of the team during the new construction of this development. Our expertise contributed to the successful completion of this exciting project through building envelope consulting services. This approach first included establishing the basis of design for the building envelope. During the construction phase, we performed ongoing field reviews and provided field testing of key envelope components as the testing agency.
