This impressive structure is a state-of-the-art 110,000 square foot manufacturing facility and is comprised of both industrial and office space. As well as offering extensive industrial options, this innovative location is fully landscaped and zoned for public art installations.
BCBS was an integral part of the team during the new construction of this development. Our expertise contributed to the successful completion of this exciting project through building envelope consulting services. This approach first included establishing the basis of design for the building envelope. During the construction phase, we performed ongoing field reviews and provided field testing of key envelope components as the testing agency.
