This gleaming tower with artistic design accents features over two hundred modern condominiums plus ground floor retail space strategically located between the bustling Lougheed Town Centre and beautiful Brookmere Park.
BCBS was an integral part of the team during the new construction of this development. Our expertise contributed to the successful completion of this exciting project through building envelope consulting services. This approach first included establishing the basis of design for the building envelope. During the construction phase, we performed ongoing field reviews and provided field testing of key envelope components as the testing agency.
