BC Building Science was retained by the Owners of Chandler’s Hill as the Building Envelope Consultant for a full building envelope renovation at their building. Chandler’s Hill is a 3-storey primarily wood-framed building constructed over a below-grade concrete parking garage, located at 9632 120A Street in Surrey, BC.
The Cedar Hill neighbourhood boasts beautifully tended gardens and majestic trees, all surrounding this twin community of low-rise condominium buildings. These units feature large picture windows, ensuite laundry, storage, and there is an exercise centre with a hot tub on-site. This highly walkable location is close to both elementary and secondary schools, as well as public transportation, restaurants, and coffee shops.
