BC Building Science was retained by Onni as the Building Envelope Consultant for Edgewater at Porpoise Bay. Located at Sechelt Inlet Road and Delta Road in Sechelt, Edgewater at Porpoise Bay is a townhouse development consisting of two and three storey, wood frame buildings over cast-in-place concrete foundation walls.
Minutes from downtown Sechelt on the Sunshine Coast, Edgewater at Porpoise Bay spans approximately 1,000 feet of shoreline, which offers calm, accessible inlet waters perfect for kayaking, boating, and swimming.
