The Georgetown complex consists of a 30-storey concrete-framed residential building with 351 units plus nine townhomes. Located in North Surrey, Georgetown offers residents ample opportunity for outdoor fun while socializing with neighbours, such as outdoor dining on the terrace, outdoor table tennis and theatre, communing around the fire pit, and running your pups in the dog run. If indoor activities are more your style, Georgetown boasts both a games room and a lounge with gourmet kitchen where residents can mingle and celebrate special events.
BCBS was an integral part of the team during the new construction of this development. Our expertise contributed to the successful completion of this exciting project through building envelope consulting services. This approach first included establishing the basis of design for the building envelope. During the construction phase, we performed ongoing field reviews and provided field testing of key envelope components as the testing agency.
