BC Building Science was retained by Onni as the Building Envelope Consultant for Hope + Flower. Located at 1201 S. Hope Street, Los Angeles, California, 1201 S. Hope Street is comprised of one 43-storey residential tower and one 35-storey residential tower, both over a 7-storey podium. The podium contains residential units, a parking garage, and some commercial retail units. The main structure of the building is concrete over 4 levels of underground concrete parking garage.
Hope + Flower, in Los Angeles’ South Park District, features three pools: one at the top of each tower and one on the main amenity deck. Residents can enjoy several lounges with a catering kitchen, outdoor BBQs and open-air dining areas, and a Wellness Center featuring a yoga and group fitness room as well as steam and sauna rooms.
