BC Building Science was retained by Amacon as the Building Envelope Consultant for Juneau. Located at 4455 Juneau Street, Burnaby, Juneau is a comprised of 26-storey residential buildings sharing a courtyard with five 3-storey townhouses. The main structure of the buildings is concrete, over a 3-level below-grade cast-in-place concrete parking garage.
Juneau offers residents a fitness studio, social lounge, and co-working space. One, two, and three-bedroom units provide spacious, open-concept interiors designed for enhanced livability. Shops, restaurants, and entertainment are all within minutes. Brentwood Skytrain Station and connecting highways provide easy access to downtown Vancouver.
