BC Building Science was retained by the Owners as the Building Envelope Consultant for Kensington Court. Located at 1535 Chesterfield Avenue in North Vancouver, BC, Kensington Court is a three-storey wood-framed residential apartment building constructed over a common below-grade parking garage and contains 18 residential units.
