BC Building Science was retained by Concosts as the Building Envelope Consultant for 1021 Burnaby Street, Vancouver. This project is a 5-storey wood-framed residential building constructed over a below-grade cast-in-place concrete foundation and underground parkade.
Located in Vancouver’s West End, 1021 Burnaby Street contains 21 rental units and an amenity space. The underground parking offers space for cars and bikes, as well as connections for electric vehicle charging. English Bay, the Vancouver Aquatic Centre, and the Seawall are all easily accessible.
