Midtown 3 is a four-storey wood-framed mixed-use building constructed over a cast-in-place concrete parking garage, located in Vancouver. The building, containing 35 residential units and two commercial spaces, is located at the corner of Fraser and Broadway in the popular Mount Pleasant neighbourhood.
BCBS was an integral part of the team during the new construction of this development. Our expertise contributed to the successful completion of this exciting project through building envelope consulting services. This approach first included establishing the basis of design for the building envelope. During the construction phase, we performed ongoing field reviews and provided field testing of key envelope components as the testing agency.
