The No. 3 Road Gas Station is comprised of two buildings, both 1-storey wood-framed structures for commercial use. Located in the picturesque outskirts of Abbotsford, this modern complex features a Chevron gas station plus the convenience of both a Triple O’s fast food restaurant and a Starbucks.
BCBS was an integral part of the team during the new construction of this development. Our expertise contributed to the successful completion of this exciting project through building envelope consulting services. This approach first included establishing the basis of design for the building envelope. During the construction phase, we performed ongoing field reviews and provided field testing of key envelope components as the testing agency.
