Smith+Norfolk consists of two 3-storey wood-framed residential buildings with 16 townhomes. Located in Burnaby’s Cascade Heights neighbourhood, these homes are nestled next to Broadview Park and a short stroll to the many Cascade Heights Village shops and restaurants. BCBS was an integral part of the team during the new construction of this development. Our expertise contributed to the successful completion of this exciting project through building envelope consulting services. This approach first included establishing the basis of design for the building envelope. During the construction phase, we performed ongoing field reviews and provided field testing of key envelope components as the testing agency.
