BC Building Science was retained by Century Group as the Building Envelope Consultant for Solaro. Located at 22304 50th Avenue, Langley, Solaro consists of two 4-storey wood-framed residential buildings constructed over a below-grade parkade.
Located in the Murrayville Town Centre, Solaro provides the residents of its 98 rental suites with built-in washer/dryers, electric vehicle charging stations, a large common entertainment amenity room, and a gym. The surrounding grounds feature a walking path, dog park, bocce pitch, allotment gardens, and a children’s labyrinth playground.
