BC Building Science was retained by the Owners of Southgrove as the Building Envelope Consultant for a full building envelope renovation at their building. Southgrove is a 3-storey primarily wood-framed residential building constructed over a below-grade parking garage, located at 1870 Southmere Cresent in White Rock, BC.
