BC Building Science was retained by Wesgroup as the Building Envelope Consultant for The Columbia. Located at 258 Nelson’s Court, New Westminster, The Columbia is a twenty-six storey concrete tower constructed over a cast-in-place concrete parkade.
Located in the popular Brewery District, The Columbia is steps away from the Sapperton Skytrain Station, cafes, restaurants, grocery stores, a pharmacy, and banks. To the north, it overlooks the mountaintops, and to southeast, the Fraser River. The Columbia offers residents over 10,000 square feet of amenities such as a gym, yoga and fitness rooms, a sauna and steam room, squash courts, garden plots, and kids’ play area.
