BC Building Science was retained by Onni as the Building Envelope Consultant for The Western Pacific, located at 1031 S Broadway in Los Angeles, California. The Western Pacific is a 12-storey concrete office building originally constructed in the 1920s by architect Walker & Eisen, which underwent an interior renovation and seismic upgrade.
The Western Pacific features sophisticated office spaces with high-end finishes, open ceilings, and exposed red brick, and is located next to stylish hotels, luxury residential developments, and parking structures. All building employees can take advantage of a fitness centre, conference centre, pantry and bar area, and gaming zones, including mini golf, ping pong, and a multi-game court.
