Living on the coast, the notion of fluidity often brings clear and evocative thoughts of the ocean, an ever present and constantly flowing entity, but what about fluid thinking?  Thoughts and ideas are constantly flashing and changing in our minds, but how often in this frenetic world do we mindfully pause and seize the opportunity to allow our thoughts to flow with ease and in a direction of their choice?  When given space, creative thinking will not only trickle into our consciousness, but it will gift us with inventive ideas that will shift and morph into practical and universally applicable concepts.  This photo shows us a structure in West Vancouver where the BCBS team was performing a highly specialized water test during construction, but we could consider that it is actually depicting fluidity in both nature and innovative human thought, side by side and in harmony.
