Every organization has a lot of moving parts, no matter what the industry or location on the globe.  There are introductions, proposals, projects, deadlines, budgets, losses and wins, and hearty celebrations, and behind every function there is a group of tenacious administrators who are working tirelessly to help make it all happen.  The BCBS administrative department at large had its first meeting where all the teams came together to get better acquainted, both personally and professionally, and to share their successes and challenges as well as their plans both short and long term.  It was a terrific team building exercise that most definitely reinforced a solid platform of camaraderie.  When we work together and in harmony, it’s win-win for everyone!
