Our annual retreat at Harrison Hot Springs is our premier team event where we have the precious time and space to celebrate both our successes and one another.  While the mid-January winds whistled across Harrison Lake, and snow hugged the brightly lit mountains, we were warmly ensconced inside The Harrison Hot Springs resort, our majestic playground for the weekend.

 

First up, we all gathered in the conference room and reviewed the schedule for the day.  (Not to worry, the technical games were in fact very fun, and we were not locked inside…)

 

 

Our exacting Games Master unveiled the teams and presented the tasks at hand…

After the teams engaged in lively competition and a winner was declared, we all enjoyed refreshments while discussing our company direction, goals for 2026, and the importance of incorporating our company values into the workplace.
