One of the many services that BCBS provides is testing the thickness and adhesion of building sealants and membranes.  These tests are vital in order to determine if the product has been applied properly and if the minimum required measurements have been achieved so that the materials are able to perform effectively and for the required length of time.  Using a knife and calipers, our skilled consultants cut into the product and then record the thickness and location of the test.  In addition, determining how well a section of the cut peels back and its level of adhesion is essential.  Uniform thickness, optimal performance, and achieving specified industry standards are always the focus for these highly specialized tests.
