BCBS recently had the good fortune to witness a full-scale performance mock-up of the curtain wall system on one of our projects.  Construction Consulting Laboratory West (CCLWest), located in California, is a leader in full size construction mock-up testing.  The full test program involved subjecting the curtain wall system to different loads and displacements and then performing water penetration tests and air leakage tests to ensure the project envelope requirements were met.  All agreed that the curtain wall testing was both exciting and successful!
