EXTRA CHEESE TRANSFORMS LUNCH BAG LET DOWN AT BCBS!

April 10th, 2024

By: BC Building Science

As well as encouraging staff to consider opportunities for continuing education, BC Building Science happily supports clubs and activities that bring team members and their common interests together.  By facilitating fun events and cheerful camaraderie, everyone can enjoy themselves and build not only new friendships but also mutual trust.  From a recent happy accident involving the acquisition of too much cheese, the Potluck Club was born.  What better way to put that cheese to good use than to make a bunch of delectable grilled cheese sandwiches for hungry and willing participants?

After careful preparation, the BBQ was fired up!  Things were going well until the wind picked up, forcing the BBQ to surrender.

Necessity is indeed the mother of invention, and an electric waffle iron finished the job!

After thoughtful culinary consideration, Round Two revealed delish baked potatoes with all the fixins’.  Who knew a mere toaster oven could take on this gargantuan task?

Chef Ariana has not revealed what is up next on the Potluck Club menu, but the word is getting out, so we think there may be a lot more eager diners next time!
