The BC Building Science team has been working hard at the Westport building site and is so excited to show a sneak peek of this building envelope repair project that is well underway.  This is a large 104-unit complex where a full transformation of the building exterior is being completed – new roof, new windows and doors, new wall siding, all carefully designed to take advantage of this necessary work.

The logistic organization of the work is impressive as can be seen, with roofing work ongoing while the wall work is completed below.  The contractor, New City Contracting, is doing a good job managing the work and is currently tracking to finish on schedule in Spring of 2024.
