BC Building Science was retained by Kelland as the Building Envelope Consultant for Georgia Heights. Located in Nanaimo, Georgia Heights is a 3-storey wood-framed residential building constructed over a below-grade concrete parkade.
Containing 27 one- and two- bedroom rental units, Georgia Heights offers affordable housing to Nanaimo residents. It is adjacent to the Quality Foods building, as well as the University Village shopping mall and Vancouver Island University.
