BCBS was an integral part of the team during the new construction of this development. Our expertise contributed to the successful completion of this exciting project through providing an enhanced building science commissioning program. This approach first included establishing the basis of design for the building envelope as well as a commissioning plan. During the construction phase, we performed ongoing field reviews and provided field testing of key envelope and commissioning components as the testing agency. This approach first included establishing the basis of design for the building envelope and guiding the design for energy efficiency optimization through energy modelling.
