Located in Port Coquitlam, this state-of-the-art production facility is the North American flagship site for this world leader in dairy products. With over 350,000 square feet of interior space, this sprawling high-tech operation boasts an impressive milk processing facility as well as modern corporate office spaces.
BCBS was an integral part of the team during the new construction of this development. Our expertise contributed to the successful completion of this exciting project through building envelope consulting services. This approach first included establishing the basis of design for the building envelope. During the construction phase, we performed ongoing field reviews and provided field testing of key envelope components as the testing agency.
