BC Building Science was retained by Heritage Technical Services as the Building Envelope Consultant for Sunshine Inn & Executive Suites. Located at 4812 Highway 16 W in Terrace, Sunshine Inn is a five-storey wood-framed hotel and residential building constructed over a below-grade cast-in-place concrete foundation.
Located just steps away from downtown Terrace, Sunshine Inn is on the doorstep of the beautiful Northern BC wilderness. Floors 2-4 are comprised of one- and two-bedroom executive suites, and the 5th floor units are comprised of private residential units / long-term rentals arranged through the hotel. All units are provided with balconies and kitchens. Hotel amenities include an executive lounge, three conference rooms, and an exercise room.
