BC BUILDING SCIENCE PRESENTS ANOTHER INSPIRING TEAM WORKSHOP!
Our popular quarterly Leadership Workshop was a tremendous success, led by Ady Artzy, PMP, our Lead Project Manager for Existing Buildings. This time, we dove deep into the topic of conflict: what it is, how it is handled, and how it can lead to positive outcomes. We explored the Thomas-Kilmann Conflict Model, enjoyed a video on the art of negotiation, and discussed key feedback models.
