BCBS OFFERS FRESH IDEAS AND STRATEGIES AS THE SUMMER SKIES SHINE!
Some of the BC Building Science team recently had the good fortune to gather together in the boardroom for the Summer Leadership Workshop hosted by Lead Project Manager, Ady, and Talent and Culture Manager, Luisa. This was our third in the workshop series which has been designed with dedication to our BCBS values of Empathy, Practicality, Independence, and Camaraderie. The main topics covered were:
- Change Models and how to use them.
- Leadership Theories and how to apply them.
- Goal Setting for Individuals, Tasks, Teams, and Organizations.
The team had the opportunity to share lots of thought-provoking conversation, wisdom, personal accounts, and of course, plenty of smiles!
